Hello All,

I am trying to give a input to one script by using an other script. For example:

printf "Whats your name:";
read user_name;
if [-n "$user_name"]
printf "Hello $user_name!";
exit 0;
printf "You did not enter username:\n";
exit 1;

How to type in marathi language or rather in any language?

If you need to type in any language(For example Marathi) other than English; there is no need of installing any kind of software.

Windows XP

To install another language and keyboard layout in Windows XP, follow these steps:
  1. In the Windows XP standard Start menu, click Start, and then click Control Panel.

    In the Windows XP classic Start menu, click Start, click Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Regional

Yet another commented example of why nada

As we all know, the Linux desktop share is flat since 2004. Yet another example of why it is so follows.

I have the latest Ubuntu in a VM and update it occasionally. Right now it asks for permission to install 115 updates and download 1 MB. OK, granted.

Unfortunately, there are 5 (five) packages that are missing on the mirror it uses. So, it tries to download them, creates a list of 5 "404 - not found" errors, recommends to check the Internet connection(!),...

Creating A Slackware USB Flash Disk Installer

This can be used to install Slackware to a netbook. What this does is create a bootable USB Flash Drive with all the packages needed for installation. You only need a 2Gb Flash Stick to create the installer including the packages.
