Using Debian Businesscard install and smxi to make the perfect Debian testing/kde/smxi enhanced distro

I really wanted an easy way to install Debian based Linux on my computer(s), and I wanted a KDE desktop (rather than the gnome default Debian uses). I also wanted my install to be clean and free from the bloat that installing desktop manager software usually creates. I think I've found a great way of doing both.

The pointlessness of gnuCash

Generally this points to gnuCash on slackware BUT I feel it goes towards everything.

gnuCash doesn't work.

I don't mean that if you actually get it compiled and running it doesn't work. I mean it doesn't work to begin with. A program should either be easy to compile and install with minimal fuss or it should be prepackaged binaries to install. gnuCash is neither!

From slackware's end here is a list of required dependencies.

Last month I wrote about the crossroads I was at in my career. Well, I decided it was time to take some action. Since I’m new to certifications, I talked to some friends in the field and did some looking around online, and decided to pick up PMP video training from PREPLOGIC.COM (here: http://www.preplogic.com/products/vi...s.aspx?eid=391).
