I really wanted an easy way to install Debian based Linux on my computer(s), and I wanted a KDE desktop (rather than the gnome default Debian uses). I don't mean that if you actually get it compiled and running it doesn't work. I mean it doesn't work to begin with. A program should either be easy to compile and install with minimal fuss or it should be prepackaged binaries to install. gnuCash is neither!
