Posted 08-09-2013 at 08:05 AM by sridhar11

Built a couple of diy TV antennas. One built by a lady on instructables.com (that she borrowed the instructions for from Squidoo) was highly touted. We did not have as much luck with it as the ones we already have. caveat emptor.

The MSP430 from TI would not take any code. ran:

sudo apt-get install mspdebug msp430mcu msp430-libc libgempc430 gcc-msp430 gdb-msp430

Did the permissions thing with making a udev rule.

All was well.(used debian...

Posted 08-04-2013 at 02:45 PM by rokytnji

First, this really isn't an Ubuntu or a Debian or a Mint issue. The problem likely lies with Broadcom and their lack of availability of firmware information for their wireless hardware.
