[UPDATE: Sent an email to Broadcom about it, including my patch, and the answer was that their internal version works fine but they'll only release a patch if many people complain about it)

Don't throw away that old router yet (especially if it has dd-wrt or the like). The reason why I say that it allows you to set up an intranet (private network). Why would you need such a thing. Say you want to set up several computers, but did not want the network traffic to hit your internet network and slow it down. For example a gaming network. We are now using an intranet for the home automation network. The real world does not need to see or have access to what we are up to either.

What Is Docky?

To install Docky from a terminal, use the commands below

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:docky-core/ppa

We have moved computers and now I canít connect.
My wife has the Cisco Linksys wireless adapter in her office and she connects to it with her Apple.
My daughter has a Windoze box in the front room. When I insert a WLAN wireless adapter into my daughters machine, her Wireless Network Connection shows full power connection on a network named indigo.
