Open Office to Web: Be Careful

Small tip: Be careful when copying text from an Open Office document to your web browser. I copied from an OO document to my Movable Type editor, only to find out when I posted that the formatting was all messed up -- specifically the spacing, margins, and line breaks.

I went back to the Movable Type editor, switch to HTML mode, and I saw that there was a whole bunch of junk in the HTML such as inline styling and extra return characters. It took me about half-an-hour to remove all...

Bad PBR sig error

hi

i have done dual boot of Redhat linux and solaris10 os
after reboot the Bad PBR sig error is displaying.
i think the boot loader is not detecting.
so pls give me the solution to fix it.

Installing Microsoft Office 2007

To install Microsoft Office 2007 the first thing you will need to
  1. After you have a copy of CrossOver Games on hand install it.
  2. Then go to ~/cxgames/lib/wine and copy the rpcrt4.dll.so to ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32
  3. you will need to re-name the pointer rpcrt4.dll that is currently in ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32 to *.bak
  4. Re-name the rpcrt4.dll.so to

Run Windows applications on Linux

Do you love games ? Are you stick with windows applications ? Wants to run those applications on linux ??


We face many virus & trojans ....etc problems in windows. But still we may stick to windows because of some applications like ... 3D games, MS Office, Auto CAD, Macromedia flash etc.

There a solution to run all this application simply by using "PLAY ON LINUX".
