PsychOS486 was made possible by "editing the snot" out of Slacko Puppy 5.3.1, a Slackware 13.37-compatible Puppy Linux distro. After booting, you are presented...

Updated 08-22-2016 at 09:36 AM by exton (More INFO)

My newest Puppy Linux derivative is built from LxPup with the LXDE Desktop environment. (Why reinvent the wheel...). I have added Google Chrome (for Netflix), Gimp, VLC, Emacs and some development tools. If you want more you can download and load (Menu >> Setup >> SFS-Load-on-the-fly) devx_PuppEX_2016.sfs. A new (perfect) 3.17.0 kernel for Puppy Linux

DOWNLOAD (puppy-k317.zip)
md5sum

1. unzip puppy-k317.zip
2. Place vmlinuz in /boot
