Richard, having enough (sometimes) of the passers-by who do anyway not know what to think about his music had decided that it is his own true duty in life to “sit in front of the Kaufhof (Shopping-palace) in Nuremberg (Germany) and to bore these people to death, incessantly playing the Streets of London” ALL - DAY - LONG.

It might seem a little corny to some (and I guess I can understand), but it's a good 90's step back in time. If you pay attention to the subtitles below the video, it's a "story-music-video". The story ends well - pay attention to the sub-title at the very end of it.
