Fedora 15: 768 MB RAM minimum ?

I was deeply saddened by the minimum system requirements for the new Fedora 15. I really cannot understand why the Fedora project is moving away from what I used to believe was its original goal. I mean, I have been using Fedora since its first version was released, but now, I have to look elsewhere, since it simply won't run on my system anymore

Even though they say that it won't run on my system, I will at least try my best to make it work before I give up.

Dehulled Green Gram lentil AKA Dhuli Moong dal (in Hindi) - Kashmiri style Recipe

Notice: Spoon measurement : 6ml

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 spoon Cumin seeds (Aka Zeera in Hindi)
  • 3 medium Green chillies (Aka Hari mirch in Hindi)
  • 1/4 spoon Turmeric powder (Aka Haldi in Hindi)
  • 1/2 spoon Fennel powder (Aka Saunf in Hindi)
  • 1/2 spoon Ginger powder (Aka Adrak in Hindi)
  • 1/2" fresh Ginger
  • 1/4 spoon Garam Masala
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 1/2 spoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Dehulled Green Gram lentil
  • Oil for frying Onion and Tomato.

Sometimes the 'easy' way isn't the best way.

I put my openSUSE box on the network using a Comtrend Powerline adaptor. It was connected using an Edimax wireless/usb adaptor which worked OK but wasn't particularly fast or reliable. The connection over the house wiring is much better on both counts.

I found with the Comtrend adaptor that the official way of syncing with the access point adaptor didn't seem to work. What did work perfectly was to go into the adaptor's admin web page and entering the network name and encryption...
