This morning when I booted up my primary machine and started Libre Office Calc, which I use for my To-Do List, I saw that all of the colors had been significantly changed. For example, the greens and yellows were almost the same and were almost fluorescent in flavor. All of the colors had a different tint. The Mate Desktop is upgraded to version 1.8.1. I have also replaced Ubuntu’s installation program Ubiquity with Exton|OS Installer, which is a clone of...
Hot Question
The hot question on everybodies lips, why should I compile the kernel?
The answer is not simple since it varies to the situation, sometimes a missing drivers, a new sexy hardware that only the latest kernel version supports or testing purposes.
My Answer
Mine had been to find the smallest one that can my machine following each new version from git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git. Any good distro out there...
