how to uninstall fedoracore 4 from my system

please help me how to uninstall fedora core 4 fro m my system i don't have windows in my hard disk,in my hard disk i have set up only 11 gb to fedoracore4 and remaining is empty,please help me how to uninstall fedoracore 4 and install windows in my system

password encryption in /etc/shadow

Thanks for all you trying to help. I did try changing the default encryption to des. However; my old account is written in blowfish, and so is our most active account users. I am just having people reply by email if they want their account active. This is a great forum. I tried ubuntuforums.org first, and had over 100 people look at my post and no one has replied once.

presario 2100 keeps freezing is it my ubunto program?

i got my presario 2100 about a year ago(used) and it seemed to work fine other than the battery pack was lacking to hold charge. i downloaded linux ubntu and it worked great for the first little while then it started freezing. its not bad but it does it at horrible times, like when im trying to download pics from my nikon s610, and when i have more than one desktop screen working at the same time. my question is do i need a new laptop or is there a program i need to add? would the battery pack...

I have been using Ubuntu as my main OS at work; I'm the only employee doing so, but as I am the sum total of our IT staff I can pretty much do what I want.

Up until yesterday I was using Ubuntu 7.10, but as it recently met the end of its life cycle and Add/Remove wouldn't find packages anymore I decided to install 9.04 in parallel at first.

Installation of the basic system too about half an hour; it imported my Firefox settings from 7.10 but not my Thunderbird profile,...
