I am not sure how much has changes since 9.1, but to watch CSS encrypted DVD's, you need to get rid of the xine version of SuSE and install xine or mplayer from this address:
Distribution: Kubuntu, Ubuntu server, SuSE 11, Knoppix, Puppy, Myth. Oh alright then, all of them

Quite impressed with VLC so far having tried mplayer and xine etc.
Much much easier to install than either and has a lot of other capabilities as well.
Of the others I would rate mplayer but as to why they dont bundle up the app, codecs and gui in one package who knows.
