ommail.so module in Rsyslog

I installed Rsyslog on my CentOS 5.x system and seem to be fine.
But when i remove # to using Ommail.so module, seem to be not fine such as rsyslog may be discarded all messages and i also did not get email notification.
These is ommail.so module:

$ModLoad ommail.so # Send mail
#$ActionMailSMTPServer smtp.domain.com(not localhost)
#$ActionMailFrom admin@domain.com
#$ActionMailTo user1@domain.com
#$ActionMailTo user2@domain.com
#$template mailSubject,"problem on %hostname%"
#$template mailBody,"FW Alert\r\nmsg='%msg%'"
#$ActionMailSubject mailSubject
#$ActionExecOnlyOnceEveryInterval 21600
#if $msg, contains 'log_id=32002' then mmail:;mailBody

When i add # before all lines, i can received messages on real time
So what was i setting wrong? Could any one please showing me?
I very appreciate if you help me much more, because i did not find solution for long time ago.

Thanks you and Best regards,

No idea. If the log doesn't show any errors then debugging Rsyslog would be my first step:
Code:
/bin/env RSYSLOG_DEBUG="NoLogTimeStamp" $exec $SYSLOGD_OPTIONS -d -n -N10 2>&1
*Also see /usr/share/doc/rsyslog-*/debug.html
