xsmbrowser install

I am trying to install the xsmbrowser RPM on my RH 9.0 system. When I launch the xsmbrowser from /usr/bin, I get an expectk error message cant load file libtk.so.0. If have tlc/tk loaded on my box as well as expectk. Does anyone have a list of xsmbrowser dependencies for a RH 9.0 system?
