How do I re-install an operatingsystem? Corrupted install. Yast wont load. URGENT.thx

Hey, I had Yast 9.0, I tried to upgrade it by mounting a 9.1 distribution on the hdd since I dont have physical access to it. During the install it said it was missing a lot of stuff. I thought it worked.. but everythings still there and now yast wont load right. It loads, but when I try to do something, it has a weird error at the top. How can I reload suse? Or install redhat? Anything that works right now. Again, I stress that I do not have physical access to it. This makes it hard. Thanks alot. My business has been down for weeks now and we're loosing progress. I've ran outa luck. Thanks again. Please respond asap!

You are in trouble and there really aren't any easy answers. Does your remote datacenter have backups that they can restore?
