Thumbs down Uninstalling slackware 9.1

Okay I've had enough playing about with slackware 9.1 I've decided its no good for what I want to do. I have the redhat 9 install disks but I have a problem. I want to get rid of all the data on the hard drive and get rid of LILO at the same time so I can install red hat 9 instead.

How do I wipe my hard drive clean?

Reinstall

Easiest would be to reinstall RH9 over RH9.1
with the install cd for RH9.

Be sure check that the partition on which RH9 will be install is formated first.....

I'm not sure I understand your question,
because I don't realy see a problem in doing so.....

I currently have Slackware Linux 9.1 installed but I would like to get rid of it and install Red Hat Linux 9. They are 2 different distributions.

Boot from the RedHat disks, when you get to the partitioning section, either select the option to use current linux partitions, or select the custom option and wipe them manually.
