slackware 8 Uninstalling programs

Right another newbie question. So i untarred and unzipped and ''made'' my downloaded proggie in my /home directory. (propably the wrong one; but thats my last question) Anyway how do i uninstall my program. Should I unmake'' it? (how do I do that) And what is the best way to get rid of all files from that program... I want to do that as fast as possible without polluding my system with program files...

Search the Forums, this question has been answered many times before.
You need to make uninstall it from the folder from which you ran make install, search the forums for more info.
