Here's a screenshot of my konqueror window:

http://nics-server.no-ip.com/Graphics/konqueror.jpg

I thought I had a saved pic of my whole desktop, but apparently I dont. I'll copy a pic to this address below when I get home:

http://nics-server.no-ip.com/Graphics/desktop.jpg

Since a lot of the sites in this thread are giving errors, I will let everyone know before hand that if you get an error trying to access my screenshot that says service unavailable... just try again later, I have traffic quotas setup on my web server.

Oh ya, this is KDE 3.2 on Mandrake 9.2 with a completely custom color scheme. The icons are icons from KDE and Mandrake, they are just oversized.

Well for some reason I have not been getting any post alert emails for this thread lately I thought it died.

Anyway, here's a new one from me. It's Gentoo, kernel 2.6.1 running Fluxbox on my new iBook I have tried getting Mac on Linux installed a few times and ran into trouble, but I'll sort it out when I get some free time. I really want to see what it's like to run OS X in a window from Linux . Should make for some different screenshots.

For anyone looking for a good laptop, EVERYTHING works under Linux on this G3 900mhz. The sound, display, NIC, Airport, modem, dvd/cdwr, mousepad, everything... All with an average of 4 hours battery life.

Me? That is gkrellm2. It has a ton of features. There is a package of like 100 skins on the net somewhere, but the one in that shot happens to be the default (a variation of anyway). It does CPU, proc, ram/swap, battery, net, etc. Check it out

Scruff - I'm liking that last screenie.

Flux is really nice but will it compare to the new enlightenment on release? Xfce 4 is nice too.... cool.

Thanks!

I am not really sure how it compares to E. It's been almost a year since I tried it. All I know, is Flux totally suits my needs and looks cool as hell

I am so used to it now, I feel like I need it to be more productive. I don't even have any desire to use/try anything else

Thanks, your screenshots are also very nice. They make me want to grab the latest version of fluxbox.
