What is this system monitor program (link to screenshot included)

Ok, I've been looking for KDE themes on kde-look.org, but I've seen alot of desktops that have a system monitor-like program running on the side of their desktop... i'm just wondering what this program is. Here's the link to the screenshot: http://kde-look.org/content/preview....hes+for+kde3.3

Just wondering what it is, so I can get it...

BTW: It says b4sh on the top, is that what it is?

erm, actually, after a little digging, I think it is actually karamba... it's a KDE monitor that does stuff like gkrellm... I'll see if gkrellm is in portage too
