Yes, there is.
By getting concrete recommendations from (more or less) likeminded people.

Have to sort out from many. It is because mostly russian cinema do not create trailers.
For which title(s)? Tried adding 'eng sub' in search? Also for youtube subtitles go without downloading as captions or whatnot(check options|settings). Try watching. Otherwise need use alternative websites..
This thread is called "An advice for a good movie to watch" and not "An advice for searching youtube".
Nevertheless, I'm intrigued.
Putting something like "best russian tv shows" into $SEARCH_ENGINE gives me something to read.
Hopefully I'll be able to give an advice for a good russian tv show to watch, soon.

No, there is not. Another example how people argue about stuff they do not understand.
For this reason i asked what type of cinema you watch. And browsing through many and getting recommendations is same thing. Unless you learn russian language to use for internet searches.
I already gave few good titles. But when it comes to watching russian cinema youtube contains plenty of it cause russians do not claim copyright so youtube does not remove them. So no need to go to alternative websites like couchtuner, unless you need subtitles but then just enter titles and mix with sub.
It is not about BEST. For this reason it does not work the way you want. Russian mentality is different from american. They do not rate movies based on best vs worst. To find good movie you need go through many different and use sharing. That is also how i i got to those titles. By browsing search and getting shared info from other viewers(including reading comments) who have those shows|movies on their computers so they just gave title(use translator where needed) to enter in search. This movie is not about BEST but comments say it is good enough but i have yet to watch it myself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQHe0VSYJmM
