You made a wise decision to wait until your age of 21 to try drinking
I may just decide to not drink alcohol at all; what with my philosophical issues (see brianL's post above ), I don't think I'd want to do that to myself, even if I thought it felt "good" for the time I was under the influence of the alcohol. Besides, who knows, maybe I'd be a belligerent drunk, and nobody would want to be around me then.
To Redneck-LQ - Only 18? I give you props, actually.... Not saying which one, but my hometown where I am from is where a popular beer on the east coast is made, and due to that, plus of my area and the "people" I was around, I was getting drunk when I was 14/15 years old.... Not "proud" of it, but I'm just saying that to cover my @$$.
Just for the record, I have had sips of wine every once in a great while, but I've never had a full glass of it or a full bottle/can of beer or anything.
…not nearly enough to be intoxicating. It kinda tastes "blah" to me, anyway.
The song was created by Irving Berlin in 1919 just in case anyone wanted to know
How dry I am, how dry I am
It's plain to see just why I am
No alcohol in my highball
And that is why so dry I am
How dry I am, how dry I am
Nobody knows how dry I am... Hooow dryyy I aaaaaam!
