Question Seamless mode on Virtual Box Disabled.

Hi, Im trying to get working my Virtual box, I have everything running properly but the option to activate the Seamless mode is Disabled ( in Gray )

is there some option on the O.S that I need to change in order for me to be able to have that Option enabled?

Thank you very much !

GuestAdditions needs to be installed on the Virtual Machine.
Start up the virtual machine then go to the devices menu and select 'install Vbox guest additions'

Then download this ( http://download.virtualbox.org/virtu...UserManual.pdf ) and start at page 59.
