This release is to resolve a regression on some Intel graphics systems that had
problems with 5.19.12. If you do not have this problem with 5.19.12, there is
no need to upgrade.

The latest Firefox update didn't help with the video streaming problem as outlined in post #4785, above.
Oh, well. Guess I'll have to wait for Nvidia to update their driver for the 6.0 kernel and/or the 6.0.1 kernel.
OTOH, Vivaldi streams video perfectly with the 6.0 kernel and the nouveau driver.

There's some kind of glitch in 5.15.72 nouveau, can't tell if it responds to pwm_min and pwm_max anymore.
FWIW, if pwm1=30, pwm1_min=30, and pwm1_max=30 then I'd expect the fan to match that and settle at 30.
This is how it used to work on older kernels in the branch, no problem with it whatsoever all summer.
However, I've seen on 5.15.72 pwm1=30 but the GPU fan idles at ~55-60 (this is estimated from just hearing the fan).
I built kernel 6.0.0 using Pat's config for 5.19.x, then for all the new options I just chose the defaults -- which meant N for most things. AMD Ryzen 7 5700G for CPU and Radeon 6600rx for gpu. Kernel is working better for me then 5.19.12 did.
