Another batch of updates has been scheduled for release on Wednesday, 5 April 2023, at approximately 14:00, GMT. If no problems are found while testing the release candidates, they might be available sometime on Tuesday (depending on your time zone).

6.1.23 is available

and now 6.2.10


Edit: 6.2.10 built without problems and running with Nvidia-530.41.03

Generic Kernel Version 6.1.23.kjh_p is running fine on my Slackware64 15.0 + Multilib LapTop.

No CVE References were found for 6.2.10, 6.1.23, 5.15.106, 5.10.177, 5.4.240, 4.19.280 or 4.14.312, but as always, do check the ChangeLogs for other security-related fixes.

I may have figured out my CPU issue. It looks like it was hyperthreading. I disabled it. RIP hyperthreading. It caused my top's wa to go wa wa wa 40-80% and everything would briefly get hung.
