Yeah, they sell it in Tescos. Go in and ask for it. You'll have to tell them you're a Slacker and that BOB sent you, otherwise they won't sell it to you.

Well, Thanks

I was thinking of purchasing that bottle opener to be used as a key chain, but since other people are speaking about the logo getting faded.. I don't have much choice there.

I love dearly whatever I purchase from my own money and I tend to get hurt if something bad happens to those goods.

BUMP.

If I push https://www.paypal.com/en_US/i/btn/btn_donateCC_LG.gif <- this button on http://store.slackware.com/cgi-bin/store
it does give me the PayPal option, which I used, and got a return that Theresa thingy aint accepting money (no Paypal account)

I'm from Europe, no Creditcard available for me, but I do have PayPal,. And I know Slackware store has paypal, because of the name on the label ( Dexter's lab pun intended ).

Anyways: Don't brag about all the cool stuff you all got: We've Got Money To Donate! How to get it over @ Pat?

Wouldn't that imply leaving the computer long enough to go outside and be seen by others?

PS, Slackware sounds as much like some hip new urban jean company as it does an OS so maybe you'll start a rush to the clothiers wherever you go and thus save the world from global recession and collapse, thus Slackware could potentially save the world!

Yeah, they'll probably think slackware is a synonym for baggy trousers.

I'm actually counting on that. My wife hates the fact that I don't like shirts with graphics/prints on them. I hate being a billboard, or even worse the generic "property of <insert fictional institution here> athletic dept." shirts. I figure a slackware t-shirt will get me 2 for 1 by supporting Slackware and making my wife happy. I just hope she doesn't spend a fortune on a quest for Slackware co. jeans!

Hi,

I'm waiting for 'SlouchWare©' with a 'Slackware®' logo.

I can't purchase anything because I don't want a credit card. Generally the most people in Europe don't have a credit card, so why no possibility for paying by PayPal? On most web stores in Europe you can pay by PayPal, and I am sure that the Slackware store would sell more when you can pay by PayPal (because I'm certainly not the only one that don't want -or even can't get- a credit card)

Can you buy a prepaid Visa or Mastercard? They have them here in the US. It is not a "credit card" in the sense of having a credit line, but is more like a debit card.

Yeah, that's what I was going to say. Didn't you have to register a DEBIT card with paypal? If it's VISA you can use it to buy from the slack store.

Actually I don't know a person who doesn't have at least one debit card
