Slackware store

Has anyone here had any dealings with the Slackware store? Reason I'm asking as I took out a subscription and ordered some things through them over a month ago, my credit card has been charged but there is no sign of the goodies yet. I've emailed them a few times but had no response. If anyone can enlighten me on how to get a response from them I'd be very happy.

Hmmm, seems no one else ever has any trouble with the Slackware store.
Just as I thought, must just be me......were'd I leave that tinfoil beanie....

I ordered three times from Slack store, and it took about 3 weeks to ship to me (Italy) and i was worried too, and sent them a e-mail on the second week from my order, they answered and said they sent it, must be stuck in italian mail, cuz it arrived to italy, and it was like that. Never had any probs with them.

A month seems pretty unreasonable considering I got my 4-cd package within a week or two. I even e-mailed them and got a response within a day or two.
