Slackware 9.1 burn problem

I downloaded slackware and burned it using nero at 40x,24x,4x and everytime it was finished there would be errors on the cd and it wouldnt boot. I downloaded slackware from linuxiso.org and im not sure how to get this to work.

Maybe your ISO image is damaged.
Download another one.

is the BIOS set to boot the CDROM?

Try creating a floppy boot disc. that should work indefnetly. You'll find the fdd boot images and documentation on the first installation disc of Slackware.

Are you sure you burned it as an "image" in nero?
