How to improve the theme under GIMP, Firefox and similar apps under Slackware 10.1?

Hi,

How to improve the theme under GIMP, Firefox and similar apps under Slackware 10.1 when running KDE? The theme for both applications look nice under Xfce but not under KDE.

Thanks,

Basel Mahdi

Try the GTK QT Theme Engine.

Or use the same GTK theme as xfce :

Here is my ~/.gtkrc-2.0
Code:
include "/usr/share/themes/Xfce-curve/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"

style "user-font" {
        font_name = "Sans 10"
}

widget_class "*" style "user-font"

gtk-font-name="Sans 10"
