Hi there, my solutions was to install Downloader for X (u can get it from http://dag.wieers.com/home-made/apt/packages.php) and then installed the FlashGot extension.
The all you have to do is set D4X as downloader and select FlashGot everytime you download something or you can even right-click whatever u want to download and select FlashGot link.
Hope this helps.

If you add the Dag repository to yum or apt, there is no compiling needed, or even just download the link from the Dag site, but then you need to find any depencies.

Yum:

Code:
Create /etc/yum.repos.d/dag.repo
Then in the file dag.repo enter

Code:
[dag]
name=Dag RPM Repository for Fedora Core
baseurl=http://apt.sw.be/fedora/$releasever/en/$basearch/dag/
enabled=1
#gpgcheck=1
And then import the dag key

Update yum and then install D4x, you should be golden.
