gnome 2.6 problem


hello

i have upgrade from slackware 9.1 to 10.0

my kde working ok but the gnome is not


when i start the gnome it shows loading natilus and stop working only shell and other programme from menu is working sometimes i can't log out

the main thing is it could not start fully even it do not shows the bg color


in shell it shows me
err while loading shared library file libbz2.so.1 no shuch file or directory

how can i solve this

if u do not know than tell me how can i remove my whole gnome everything related gnome
then after restart i will run setup again by

installpkg /root/slackware/gnome/*.tgz



i am facing many prob configure slack but it is the best linux distro i know that

libbz2 is included in bzip2 package, make sure you installed it.

yes it is installed but

i need the libbz.so.1

solved
frist whereis libbz2.so

then i have found link libbz2.so to some where /lib/libbz2.so.1.0

then i copy the libbz2.so and rename it libbz2.so.1 and paste working ok
