Latest Patch Level

Dear all,

question regarding the latest Patch Level of a Server.

I have a RedHat Server - Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 7) - now I need to find out when the Server was patched the last time.
No information available in /var/log/up2date*

My question now:
To see all installed packages i use 'rpm -qa', to see the updates 'up2date -l' - fine so far - but how can I see when the server was patched/upgraded the last time ??

The current update is : 4.9 , 2011-02-16.

It should be easy to see, if a (large) number of packages were installed recently:

rpm -qa --last | less

Or : rpm -qa --last > last-packages.txt :
Will save the text file to the current directory.
Install date and time is included, when the '--last' option is used.
