Can anyone please give me detailed instructions, or perhaps a link, to the procedure to add the Radeon fglrx support to Mepis and/or the Kernel if needed? I want to take advantage of my Raden 9600 card.
Hello there, this may help you some how since configuring the kernel and many of the options are the same, I did this with gentoo and my videor card runs great now

Are you using Mepis 3.3.x? If so go to OS Center>System Configuration>Mouse and Display and click on the ATI tab. Check the box marked "Official ATI fglrx driver" and restart x.
