my friend is a member of this forum, he used to be bale to access this site but now he can't for some reason, he is NTL ISP but it has a proxy of 62.253.128.12, has this been blocked because of another user?
"i have tried it on my desktop running windows xp and my laptop running fedora and still no luck, i have only just installed fedora so there isn't much need in clearing the cache, however on this note i have cleared both cache's as requested, and still no luck im afraid. Does it have anything to do with port settings on my router,? i wouldn't of though so, but its just a suggestion. Cheers"

Rep:
I know an NTL user was also having difficulty accessing the LQ Radio site (but could get to the main LQ site). It seemed like a broken transparent proxy. I'd contact NTL and explain the situation.
Im the guy that is having problems accessing your site on ntl, im going through a proxy at the moment.
if i was going to contact ntl, what would i say to them? is it quick to solve? cheers.

Supply them with the site your trying to access, any error messages and possibly traceroute's to the url/site in question.
