I didn't find any of these devices on the dd-wrt or openwrt list. However, I did find some chipsets which may or may not help you find something.

2: Sagemcom SE567 (I had several routers that looked exactly the same as this one that were called Siemens Gigaset SE567 sold by the same ISP)
Wireless ADSL Gateway
Part #: 060R-H550-A13
Assembled in China
Mfg. in CHINA (I am not yelling...they spelled it in all caps)
IC: 267AJ-H550(A15)
12VDC 1.0A
Two small bar codes labelled this time:
MFG: RH550A05 CAF042 MAC: E8bE81Fbb2dd (I made the b's and d's lowercase to spare anyone eye strain)
I hope this helps. Z/Z

I didn't find anything very useful here other than it is indeed a siemens gigaset se567. I blundered across something that made it sound like Sagemcom bought that division or something like that. I also found that it appears many ISP's will put their own custom firmware on them, removing any features they don't want you messing with. Your best bet to find the chipsets are to open the thing up.
If you really want to try this, you may be in full hardware hacking mode.
