"Talk" to daemonized ctorrent processes?

Hey there,

is there a way to "regain control" of a ctorrent process, that I daemonized before (the function is called "fork process")?
I am able to control it by yodCTCS, a web-based ctorrent control system, but it doesn't let me change the uploadspeed of each torrent file manually, so I would like to have it back the way it was before

Anyone got an idea?

Thanks.
