why cannot "talk" to others,since mesg is yes and disable = no(in /etc/xinetd.c/talk)


I login as two users in two consoles.
When i try to

(console 1)$talk username(console 2)
error :can not connecting to the host.

And even i in.talkd,it says:
socket operation on non socket.
