rusty_slacker, please stop being an annoyance and/or driving users off the forum who need help. It doesn't look good for our community here.
As for you, poster, it -could- be xfree config, but it's likley the icon set. Unfortunately I'm not sure what to tell you. Are you on debian? You could apt-get --purge remove kde
apt-get install kde
to reinstall it... if your on RH or another system, bah, i miss dependecy hell... you'll either have to compile it from scratch or something else.
Maybe post again tomarrow in a new thread and you'll get help.
