Gnome OpenWindow Question

Hello,

I just installed Fedora Core 2 and I have a gnome question. FC2 uses Gnome 2.6 I believe. Well I want to open the file explorer and have all subsequent windows open in the same window instead of opening in multilple windows. Is this possible? Please let me know. I hate a cluttered desktop!

Thanks,

Read this article for both a review of Spatial view and a way to change back to a hierarchal view.
