Question DOS Emulator in Linux

I have just installed my very first Linux evaluation being Mandrake 8.1 as this was "to hand". What I really want is to run my bespoke PASCAL control program (written for DOS) but have access to USB (memory sticks) and ability to write to CD on a CD burner instead of be limited to floppy disks. A DOS emulator in a stable environment such as Linux rather than WINDOZE would be the answer to a maidens prayer. Is such an animal possible? Any constructive suggestions would be appreciated.
