Can swaret download missing libaries?


Can swaret download missing libaries? I searched sourceforce for that question and i didnt find anykind of informatsion about missing libaries..

Oh yeah, let's just say that if i have difficulty's with many programs(missing libaries etc) can i fix them with swaret?
