And please don't bump your thread after 11 minutes. Give the members time to get to it. Only bump your thread after 24 hours have passed, as per the Rules. And finally, no matter how many exclamation marks you put in your thread title, it won't make it any more visible to the members than just one.
Umm... well I don't think you need to be too worried about "your BIOS crashing" if you choose the wrong option - it'll mostly just say something like "unbootable system" or something - just Crtl-Alt-Del it.
What you need to do is enter CMOS / BIOS Setup Utility / or whatever comes with your motherboard. There, you might need to set what you can boot to, and what options will come up. As XavierP says, how old is your BIOS?
my bios is 1 years old
ok but when i leave the bios there comes "windows will be continued now" maby i should have rebooted without making changes i'll see in the cmos setup
thanks
