cant get into Bios

I have a fijitsu seimens Lifebook C1020. When i bought it it had windows xp installed - and on boot up it gave me the option of pressing a button to enter the bios.

Since i installed Mandrake, i cant get into the bios. What makes me angry is that On boot up i get a menu every time asking if i want to boot from drive c OR cdrom. I have to select from this all the time.

my question is how can i get into the bios so i can set the machine to boot from the c drive automatically without getting this annoying menu?

I fixed this problem now - i dont know what caused it in the first place, but i reinstalled linux and everythings ok now!!
