As a newbie in the world of Linuxes I would define:
1. Privacy = To hide my identity while browsing Internet, may be to hide my IP-address or more ........
2. Security = To protect my Linux OS from hackers and from viruses or more ........
I am sure the Linux experts know much more about privacy and security.

Ok...so did you look at what szboardstretcher give you??? Did you try to look ANYTHING up? There are ample results, from kali to tails, which you can look at. We are happy to help with specific questions, but you need to read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature...this really isn't the place to come and have people search for things for you.
Or do you have a SPECIFIC question/issue on a specific distro?

Excuse me! I so sorry! I have not a specific question. I have only common question about group of similar Linuxes.
My question is not about a specific distro.
May be here is people who know answer of common questions?

No one is going to sit down and write you a bunch of reviews about the different distros that are out there. Nor is anyone going to list every security and privacy based distro. You have been given a link to list the many, many distros that are out there. Use it. Use google. There are reviews, lists and recommendations already. Search them out and use them.
Go to https://www.google.com and type in your question "Recommend privacy and security based linux distributions" or let me google that for you:
http://lmgtfy.com/?q=security+and+pr...+distributions

Very good. You've explained the definition of Privacy and Security. Not sure what you hoped to accomplish by explaining this, and still not asking a question.

No. You have not asked a question. You have simply given a command "Explain everything to me about Privacy and Security based distributions" and that is too broad in scope to ever be answered. You have to read up on the distributions given to you in my link, so that you understand what is out there. You can find reviews and comparisons and lists and so on, as I said. Once you have done your due diligence and expended some of your own effort, then you can ask intelligent and specific questions as you like.

Using a car analogy: "I would like to try comfortable and reliable cars. Please recommend this kind of car".
If you ask a vague, open question you can only expect vague, open answers. Any distribution can be made as private and secure (or public and insecure) as you wish, depending on how you want to administer your system. Lots of ways of going about it, DuckDuckGo is your friend. It's also worth reading this page.

I swear I wrote that same analogy and removed it from my final draft! "I would like a red motor vehicle. Please tell me everything about red motor vehicles so I can choose one. You are car experts, you should be able to answer this common question."

Everithing is so simple:
1. I do not expect from anybody all the answers of the world of Linux.
2. I do not expect from anybody to search for me Google.
I just expect this kind of answers:
- for example - user 123 - answers that is used Linux AAAAAA and likes it because it has some privacy or/and security...
- for example - user 234 - answers that is used Linux BBBBBB and likes it because it has some privacy or/and security...
- for example - user 345 - answers that is used Linux CCCCCC and likes it because it has some privacy or/and security...
and so on ..................................................
I know that it is possible my question not to be answered at all - no amnswer - o.k.
Why you made me to feel myself guilty? Please think a little bit, why you made me unhappy today?
It would preffer, I would had not answers at all.
No one answer I have from you I can not accept.
Sorry for you.

We will be happy to give you answers, when you actually have a question that CAN be answered.

Great, so can you tell us what YOU have done/tried/searched for on your own? Because it appears you haven't followed the link szboardstretcher gave you, nor looked up either of the terms that I gave you. If you put no effort in, you will get no help from anyone, anywhere.

So back to "why haven't you done a basic search, and read the THOUSANDS of websites and reviews available to you, that tell you exactly these things? And again, "privacy or/an security" is TOO VAGUE TO EVEN ANSWER...even WINDOWS has 'privacy and security', to some degree.

And YOU think a little bit as well, as to why you got the answers you did, why you ignored the requests to read the 'Question Guidelines', didn't read the links or terms given to you, or showed any effort on your part. And if you're so unhappy, that's your problem.

I am absolutelly disapointed that you continue to abuse me.
1. My question obviously has answer only if anybody has experiense with one or more Linux/es of this kind and would like to answer to me. So I know my question may be answered, but may be not.
2. I prefer to have answer from any experienced users, if there is at least one. Only I know what I have been serch and what I have been read.
3. All your answers are abuse against me, and all of you that continue to abuse me, obviiously have not experience to answer me just this simple way:
- experienced user 678 - I recommend linux ABCDEFGH because it is a privacy one.
I don't need anything more.
All of your comments are terrible abuse against to me.
I don't like no one of you commented above to ansewer to me never!
Before I am a newbie about Linux, I am a Human, I don't deserve this terrible abuse from all of you.

Show some effort.
You could have been done by now, instead of...

"Secure and private Linuxes"? Those days are long gone, IMO.
Non-Linux would be FreeBSD. Doesn't matter.
One bad user 'habit' and Security is out the door.
Sorry you took this so hard. but your opening post was kind lacking any specifics.
There is no "general" answer.
Ask 100 people, 100 different answers. One guy will swear an oath by one OS where another says he'd rather
run naked down the street before using it.
End Transmission.
