I have Navbox Quickplan which I open with Wine

Navbox is in my documents folder. to open the program I have to open the folder, right click on the .exe file, then click on 'open with Wine'. This works, but I would rather have an icon on my desktop and be able to open the program just by clicking on the icon. Is this possible?
