Problems getting Linksys WPC11 NIS to connect to router

I am new to the Linux world so maybe the problem I am having can be easily resolved. I did a search on LQ for solutions to my problem but I couldn't find anything that addressed the issue that I have. I have an IBM Thinkpad X20 with 128 Megs memory and a 30 Gig harddrive. I have loaded Opensuse 10.3, I didnt experience any problems when I loaded it, it was a smooth load. The problem I am having is with the Linksys WPC11 PC card. I had that device installed when installing Openssuse the Linux kernal shows to see the device, I can see AP sites but I cant connect to any of them. The Knetwork Manager does show the AP's but when I try to connect to my AP or router it prompts me for Encryption information which I have turned off on my router. I can connect using an Ethernet PC Card with no issue. Listed below are IWlist, IWconfig and lSPCI. Any help would be most appreciated.
