Wink Net tools

i downloaded net-tool-1.52.tar.gz..because i need rarp support and my 2.4.27 kernel does not support it..
i did what the INSTALL file says:

make install

so my question is.. what do i do now?
how do i use my rarp daemon?
do i have to compile something else?
make a path to somewhere or something like that?
