You are misunderstanding the basic concept of "virtualization."
The "guest" operating system is insulated from the hardware of the "host" and sees only generic components.
So, if you have a working network connection in the "host" you should also have a working network connection in the "guest." So, you don't configure your wireless from the guest---you do it in the host!
Try running Mint as a Live USB (instead of in Virtualbox) and you will see what I mean.

i use VMware Workstation 10 .Can you tell me any commands to write and show you to see where is problem from ? understand VMware Workstation recognizes only nat .

is this wireless built in or is it a usb dongle
only a usb will work on a VM
wireless and VM's do not mix well
you have to set up a bridge
please READ the VM10 documentation
