I am running linux redhat 7.2 network server with squid cache.

adsl is connected and i can see ppp0 is up.

but every time i reboot my system or after an electricity failure here in my city, i have to do these commands to bring my ppp0 routed to clients.

root] route del default
root] route add default gw x.x.x.x (x.x.x.x is ip of ppp0 wich is assigned by DHCP server of ISP)

how to make the "default route gw" the same as -.-.-.- with auto function. i mean i don't have to run the command every time.

now when the system is rebooted the "route -nv" brings this result

Have you tried placing the commands in the /etc/rc.local startup script? I know this is not a solution, but you can put them in there so it works until you get a real answer.
