trying to get ndiswrapper to work
ok, so I downloaded ndiswrapper-1.3rc1.tar.gz today. I'm trying to get my computer to connect wirelessly(we just got high speed internet!). I've had ndiswrapper working before, but I had to reinstall. The error I got when running 'make' is below
Quote:

ok, so I downloaded ndiswrapper-1.2 today(trying a different version). I tried to run make and it gave me this error message.
Code:
ndiswrapper: Unknown symbol wireless_send_event
FATAL: Error inserting ndiswrapper (/lib/modules/2.6.8/misc/ndiswrapper.ko): Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg)
Thoughts on this one?
