no tuner loaded for Philips 7130 tv card on Suse 10.1
I have a generic TV tuner card with the Philips 7130 chipset installed on Suse 10.1 it seems to find the driver ok but there is no tuner associated with the driver it installs the hardware works fine I'm dual booting with WinXP and everything works fine there
not sure what the kernel version is don't know how to find that info
also I'm very new to linux and not sure what info you may need
There are lots of tuners and different TV standards, so you will have to find the identification number of yours, then enter it in Yast. Search for a cardlist containing your cards full name (Manufacturer / Model).
uname -a
command will give you all the info about your kernel etc.
