Cannot configure soundcard

I currently have all of the default hardware that came with my Inspiron 5100, and I 've been having troubles getting the sound to work (I believe it's a Sigmatel C-Major). I've tried using ALSA, but this is the output I get from executing ./alsa.conf:

Also, I took a look at dmesg and found some things:
ALSA sound/isa/opl3sa2.c:247: OPL3-SA [0x370] detect = 0xff
ALSA sound/isa/opl3sa2.c:857: Yamaha OPL3-SA soundcard not found or device busy (printed like 20x)
CS4236+ soundcard not found or device busy
ALSA sound/isa/es18xx.c:1440: reset at 0x220 failed!!!
ALSA sound/isa/es18xx.c:1503: es18xx: [0x220] ESS chip not found

ALSA sound/isa/es1688/es1688_lib.c:116: ess_reset at 0x220: failed!!!

I'm running the 2.6.4-54.5-default kernel with SUSE. Any ideas??
Thanks!
